Return Policy for Defective Items

Eligibility

  • Defective Items Only: Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, malfunctioning, or otherwise defective upon delivery. This does not include returns due to change of mind, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

Return Process

  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the defective item to the address provided in the RA, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Shipping costs for returning defective items will be covered by DLV Corporation via a prepaid label, unless otherwise specified.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item to confirm the defect. This typically takes 3-5 business days.

Resolution

  • Replacement: If the defect is verified, we’ll ship a replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Non-Defective Items: If the item is found to be functional and free of defects, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused (beyond testing to identify the defect) and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • This policy does not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or special-order items may have limited return options, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
  • If the 7-day window is missed due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., shipping delays beyond your control), contact us immediately to discuss possible solutions.
